My work as a Massage therapist has always been, first and foremost,therapeutic care for pain management.  Yes, I am very happy to  give you that relaxing spa massage you are looking for,but you will find I am also taking the next step to help you obtain overall optimal health, especially in any areas where you are experiencing pain or sleep disruption.  

   I have come to understand that when you have ongoing pain , your central nervous system gets into that sympathetic (fight or flight mode) and has a hard time going into parasympathetic mode, (rest) and ends up disrupting your  sleep schedule, or contributing to other physical and/or psychosomatic symptoms. My goal in all appointments is to help that central nervous system to get to the parasympathetic mode so that it can disrupt that pain/spasm/pain cycle.
